Apple’s event will be held on October 13

Apple has sent media invites for the October 13 event. The company has named it ‘Apple Experience’, while the teaser shows the tagline ‘Welcome Home’. This suggests that this time the company’s focus may be on smart devices used at home. The event will take place at 6:30 PM Indian Time.

A smart home hub can be introduced with a screen

Apple’s new smart home hub could be the center of attraction at the event. Reports are calling it HomePad or Home Hub, but an official name has not been revealed. This device can help control smart products present in the home from one place.

According to the leaks, it may have a screen around 6 inches square. Two design options are discussed. One model can be placed on a table or kitchen counter, while the other can be mounted on a wall. Calendar, weather and other widgets are likely to appear on the screen.
