Heidi Klum’s children Leni Klum, Johan Samuel and Lou Samuel stepped into the spotlight together at the supermodel’s 25th annual Halloween party in New York City on October 31, 2026.
The siblings made a rare joint red carpet appearance at Cathédrale Restaurant, joining their mother for one of the most anticipated celebrity Halloween celebrations of the year.
Leni Klum, 22, arrived dressed as Miss Piggy from The Muppets. Her costume featured a white nightgown, a purple feather boa, pig ears and a prosthetic nose, completing the character-inspired look.
Lou Samuel, 17, chose a superhero-inspired costume, transforming into Starfire from the animated series Teen Titans. She wore a purple outfit inspired by the popular fictional character.
Her brother Johan Samuel, 19, took a different approach with a zombie-inspired appearance. His costume featured detailed horror makeup, giving him a distinctly spooky look for the Halloween celebration.
The appearance brought three of Heidi Klum’s children together on the red carpet. Leni is her daughter with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, while Johan and Lou are her children with singer Seal.
Heidi is also mother to Henry Samuel, 21, who was not mentioned among the three siblings attending the event together.
The evening’s biggest attraction, however, was Heidi Klum’s own Halloween transformation. The 53-year-old supermodel arrived dressed as a giant, severed version of her own left hand, complete with oversized fingers, realistic skin details, blood effects and her wedding ring.
The elaborate costume also included a recreation of the tattoo bearing her husband Tom Kaulitz’s name. Klum told E! News that the preparation took approximately six hours, while her creative team had spent months developing the look.
Her husband, Tom Kaulitz, was unable to attend the celebration because of his touring commitments.
The 2026 event marked the 25th anniversary of Heidi Klum’s famous Halloween party. The celebration, presented by Apothic and Butterfinger, attracted several entertainment personalities and celebrities to New York.
Among the other guests were Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, who dressed as the creepy twins from the horror film The Shining. Actor Kyle MacLachlan attended with his wife, Desiree Gruber, wearing a Cliff Vandercave-inspired costume from The Flintstones.
Singer Taylor Momsen appeared as AC/DC guitarist Angus Young, while beauty influencer James Charles transformed into Yzma from The Emperor’s New Groove.
The annual celebration has become closely associated with Klum’s elaborate costumes and celebrity appearances. Her previous transformations have included a giant earthworm, Medusa, a peacock and E.T.
Leni also spoke about her mother’s Halloween tradition during the event, praising her creativity and saying she did not think anyone could take over the annual celebration because of how much effort Heidi puts into it.
