After this you can create an invitation link and send it to anyone. After receiving the link, the other person can open it in their mobile or computer browser. He will not need to download WhatsApp or create a new account to view event details.

A new events home section will be available in WhatsApp
With this update, the company is also adding a separate section to manage events. Information about all your past and upcoming events will appear together in the Events Home found in WhatsApp’s settings.

Apart from this, options like creating new invitations, checking guest responses and sending them reminders will also be available. Another useful feature would be Plus-One. With it, guests will be able to say whether they will come alone or bring another person with them.
Phone numbers and privacy were also taken care of
WhatsApp has also made some arrangements regarding the privacy of users in this feature. According to the company, uninvited guests will not be able to see the phone number of the person organizing the event. At the same time, people who do not have a WhatsApp account will see the event address only after confirming their presence through RSVP. The company has also said that private chats and calls on WhatsApp will be protected by end-to-end encryption as before.
