People who are planning to buy this bike can go to the company’s official website and make a booking by paying just Rs 4,999. Its look is inspired by classic motorcycles of the past, while also featuring modern technology to make daily riding easier.
Along with the Bonneville T40, the company has also introduced its dark themed Bonneville T40 black variant and the low-cost Bonneville T4 in the Indian market. The starting ex-showroom price of the Bonneville T40 in Delhi is Rs. 2.80 lakhs. The price of T40 Black has also been kept the same. At the same time, the Bonneville T4 costs Rs. It can be bought at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 2.55 lakh.
Bonneville T40 deliveries will begin in November
If you book the Triumph Bonneville T40, you won’t have to wait much longer for it. According to the company, its deliveries in India will begin from November 2026. In comparison, customers buying the Bonneville T4 will have to wait a bit longer. The delivery of this model is planned to start from the second week of January 2027.
Both the bikes can be booked through the company’s official website. However, the delivery date may vary depending on your city and dealership. So, while booking, it would be better to get information from your nearest dealer as well.
A 6-speed gearbox will be available with the 349cc engine.
The Triumph Bonneville T40 has a 349cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The company has specially tuned this engine for the Bonneville series. This engine generates 29 hp of power and 31.2 Nm of torque. A 6-speed gearbox is available with the engine, which helps the bike run at various speeds.
It also features ride-by-wire throttle technology. In simple terms, this system helps in controlling the power supplied to the engine electronically.
