28.80 lakh applications were received for the recruitment of UP Police Constable.

UPPRPB released notification for UP Police Constable Recruitment 2025 in November 2025. Under which applications were invited till January 30 for constable recruitment. UPPRPB received 28.80 lakh applications till this period. Out of them, more than 20 lakh candidates appeared for the written exam on June 8, 9 and 10. Written examination was conducted in all 75 districts. The written exam for UP Police Constable Recruitment was conducted daily in two shifts i.e. in total six shifts.
