UCO Bank Apprentice: There is a big update for the candidates who want to make a career in banking sector. UCO Bank has released notification for Apprentice. UCO Bank has invited applications for Apprentices in several states. The application process is starting from 14th October. Last date to apply is 29 October 2026. A total of 530 posts for apprentices are to be recruited. Candidates selected for Apprentice will be paid monthly Rs. 16650 will get stipend.

Apprentice at 530 posts, most posts in West Bengal

UCO Bank has invited applications for 530 Apprentice Posts. These seats are divided into various categories according to the rules of reservation, under which there are 205 seats for candidates belonging to Unreserved (UR) category. Therefore, 147 posts are reserved for OBC, 106 for SC category, 49 for ST and 23 for EWS category candidates.

If viewed state-wise, the best Bengal has a maximum of 86 posts to fill. This is followed by 45 posts in UP, 41 in Odisha and 37 in Rajasthan. There are 34 posts in Bihar, 32 in Maharashtra, 27 in Madhya Pradesh, 25 in Himachal Pradesh and 24 each in Assam and Punjab. These posts are for Apprentices in UK State Branches. Candidates can apply only for Apprentice seats earmarked for a State or Union Territory. Applications made for more than one position may be rejected. Candidates must have knowledge of local language. Under which candidates should be able to read, write and speak the local language of that state.

Opportunity to do internship for one year, exam on 7th November

Applications for apprenticeship in UCO Bank can be made till 29th October. Before applying, candidates have to register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at nats.education.gov.in. After that go to the bank website application can do After the completion of the application process, an online test will be conducted for selection. The online exam will be held on 7th November. The online exam will be conducted by ‘BFSI Sector Skill Council of India’ (BFSI SSC). Candidates selected for Apprentice through online examination will get an opportunity to get practical work experience for one year in Cobank branches.

Who can apply?

Graduation passed youth can apply for UCO Bank Apprentice. Graduation must be completed no later than April 1, 2022. Candidates should have minimum age of 20 years and maximum age of 28 years. The age limit will be calculated on the basis of 1 October 2026. Reserved category candidates will get age relaxation as per rules.
