Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has started the application process for the recruitment of Server Administrator, Assistant and Programming Assistant posts. Through this recruitment, eligible candidates will get a chance to get a regular job. Selected candidates will be appointed at IBPS Headquarters in Mumbai. The application process for these posts has started from 29 October 2026. Interested candidates can apply online at the official website ibps.in till 12 November 2026.
What are the vacancies and what are the qualifications?
Server Administrator: Candidate should have BE/BTech degree in Electronics, Computer Science or IT. Also, a minimum of three years of experience in the relevant field is required.
Assistant: Must be a graduate from a recognized university with minimum 60 percent marks. Apart from this, advanced MS Excel knowledge and two years experience in MIS reporting or data related work is required.
Programming Assistant: Candidate should have BCA, BSc or related engineering degree in Computer Science or IT. A minimum of two years work experience is also sought for this post.
Age Limit and Application Fee
Age will be calculated as on 1 October 2026. Candidate age should be 25 to 33 years for server administrator post. At the same time, the age limit for the post of Assistant and Programming Assistant has been fixed at 23 to 30 years. Reserved categories will get relaxation in maximum age limit as per rules. All the candidates have to pay Rs. 250 fee has to be paid. Fees will be paid through online mode.
How much salary will you get?
The annual CTC for the post of Server Administrator is approximately Rs. 14.09 lakh has been fixed. At the same time, candidates selected for the posts of Assistant and Programming Assistant will be paid approximately Rs. 10.57 lakhs will get an annual CTC.
How will the selection be made?
Candidates will be selected on the basis of application form verification, document verification, online written test and personal interview. The written exam is likely to be held in November 2026.
