New details about the Samsung Galaxy S27 series are constantly emerging. The series may launch early next year. According to media reports, the company may launch four smartphones in it. It will include Samsung Galaxy S27, Galaxy S27+, Galaxy S27 Ultra and Galaxy S27 Pro. Now there is a new update for the standard model Samsung Galaxy S27 of this series. According to the report, the phone has appeared on India’s certification website. Due to this, the hope of its launch in the country has increased.

Samsung Galaxy S27

As reported by GSMArena, the Samsung smartphone has been listed on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. The model number of this phone is said to be SM-S952B/DS. The report claims that this model number could be related to some variant of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27.

The name of the phone has not been directly revealed in the BIS listing, but this information suggests that Samsung may soon launch it in the Indian market. However, the company has not yet given any official information about the identity of the phone or its launch in India.

Currently, the launch of the phone is a few months away. According to earlier reports, the Samsung Galaxy S27 series could be launched in January or February 2027 in other global markets including India. The Galaxy S27+, Galaxy S27 Ultra and Galaxy S27 Pro may also launch alongside the standard model.

Exynos 2700 chipset can be found in Galaxy S27

A lot of information has also come out about the processor of the phone. According to reports, the Samsung Galaxy S27 may feature the company’s own Exynos 2700 chipset. Recently, a Samsung official said that the Exynos 2700 will also be built on a 2nm process like the previous chipset. However, it will undergo many changes to improve its performance.

A report claims that the Exynos 2700 even outperformed Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset in performance tests. In Geekbench 6.5’s multi-core CPU test, the phone with this chip scored about 20 percent higher than the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max. Xiaomi 18 Pro Max is said to have Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor.

The Galaxy S27+ and Ultra will also have different processors

According to reports, the Samsung Galaxy S27+ may also feature the Exynos 2700 chipset. At the same time, the company’s custom Snapdragon processor is expected to be available in the Galaxy S27 Ultra.

Talking about the display, the Samsung Galaxy S27 can get a 6.27-inch AMOLED screen. If it does, it could be the model with the smallest performance of the entire range. However, for information regarding the phone’s design, camera and battery, we have to wait for the company’s official announcement.
