At Speaks Media, we understand that plans can change. We allow cancellations under specific terms outlined below:

⏰ Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of payment if no work has been initiated.
  • You must submit your cancellation request in writing via email to ensure proper documentation.
  • Cancellation requests received after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

🚫 Beyond 48 Hours

  • After 48 hours, cancellations are not permitted unless agreed upon mutually in writing.
  • If work has already commenced, cancellation will not be possible and payment is non-refundable.
  • Special circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our management team.

🔄 Subscription Services

  • In case of subscription services, you can cancel your renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • Once a billing cycle has started, no refunds will be provided for that period.
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
