  • No refunds will be provided once the development work has commenced or digital products have been delivered.
  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial payment to be eligible for consideration.

  • If there is a delay or issue caused from our end, we will assess the situation fairly and may offer partial or full refunds accordingly.
  • Each refund request will be reviewed individually based on the specific circumstances.
  • We maintain complete transparency throughout the refund assessment process.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
