This is an important update for the students appearing for the Madhya Pradesh Board 10th and 12th Exams in the year 2027. Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has released the dummy admit cards for both the classes. Students can download their dummy admit card by visiting the official website of the board. In this it is necessary to check name, subject, medium of examination and other details. If any kind of mistake is found, students can correct it through their school.

The board has instructed the principals of all the schools to check the details recorded in the dummy admit card of the students. If any mistake is found in the information of any student, correction can be done online by contacting the school and paying the prescribed fee.

The online declaration form has to be submitted by 31st December

As per the board’s notification, the schools will have to submit the declaration form online after verifying the dummy admit card and making necessary corrections. Its process has started from 26 October 2026. The principal of the concerned school or the principal of the sending institution has to complete this task. The last date for submission of online declaration form is fixed as 31 December 2026.

Original admit card will be available after submission of declaration form.

The MP Board has clarified that the facility to download the original admit card of class 10th and 12th will be available only after the online declaration form is submitted by the schools. In such a situation students should get in touch with their school and ensure that all their details are correct.
