This is an important update for candidates preparing for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2027. Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has launched a facility to amend application for examination. Under this, candidates who have already applied can change their exam center selection. This facility will be available till 10 November 2026 at 11:59 PM. Candidates can make necessary changes by visiting the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in and logging into their account. Apart from this candidates should also check other information entered in their application.
Consortium of National Law Universities has given an opportunity to CLAT 2027 candidates to amend the application. Candidates can update their exam center selections till 10:59 PM on November 10, 2026. After this, requests for change of examination center will not be entertained. Candidates are advised to check their applications without waiting for the last date. To change exam center priority, one has to visit the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
How to change exam center selection?
- 1. First go to the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
- 2. Log in to your CLAT account.
- 3. Now click on the option of ‘Edit Application’ i.e. edit the application.
- 4. After this open the ‘Preferences’ tab and check the exam center preferences.
- 5. Changing the choice of examination center as per requirement.
- 6. Click on ‘Next’ button and go to ‘Reservation’ tab.
- 7. After agreeing to the declaration, click on ‘Submit Form’.

Candidates can also check name, date of birth, programs applied for and reservation eligibility information mentioned in their application using the amendment facility. For this, after logging into the account, click on the ‘Print Application’ option. If any information needs correction then go to ‘Edit Application’ option and make necessary changes. After this, review the entire application form again and submit the form.
The last date of application has also been extended
The last date for submission of online applications for both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs of CLAT 2027 has been extended to 7 November 2026. Candidates who have not yet applied can fill the form within the stipulated deadline. At the same time, already registered candidates should keep in mind the last date for revising the application and updating the exam center preferences.
