Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale 2026 has revealed a great deal for customers looking to buy an iPhone. After the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, Amazon has also announced an offer on the iPhone 16. This Apple phone can be available in the sale for much less than its launch price.
If Apple’s new phone seems out of budget after the iPhone 17 price hike, the iPhone 16 could be an option. It has features like Apple A18 chipset, 48MP camera and Super Retina XDR OLED display.
The phone is priced at ₹71,999 against an MRP of ₹89,990
According to Amazon, the iPhone 16 128GB variant has an MRP of ₹89,990 in the Great Indian Festival Sale 2026, while its initial effective price is said to be ₹71,999. This means that by combining the offers, customers can save up to ₹18 thousand.
However, one important thing needs to be understood here. ₹71,999 is not the direct list price of the phone. Amazon has included bank and other applicable offers in this price. This means that initially the price of the phone may appear higher than this and after applying eligible coupons or bank offers, its effective price may go up to ₹71,999.
Also benefits of SBI and Amazon Pay ICICI Card
During the sale, you can avail additional discounts with SBI Bank Credit Card. Apart from this, a flat 5% cashback will also be given on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card.
Buyers can also avail additional benefits like no cost EMI and exchange bonus. However, eligibility for these offers and actual savings will depend on the customer’s card, exchange device and applicable terms and conditions.
What’s available in iPhone 16?
The iPhone 16 has a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display. Its resolution is 1179×2556 pixels and the peak brightness goes up to 2,000 nits. For performance, the phone has an Apple A18 chipset and runs on iOS 26.
The phone has got an IP68 rating for protection against dust and water. For connectivity, options like 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC are available. It also has a USB Type-C port.
48MP camera setup
For photography, the rear panel of the iPhone 16 features a 48MP wide camera with an aperture of f/1.6. Along with this, 12MP 2x telephoto and 12MP 12MP ultrawide cameras are available. A 12MP front camera is provided for selfies and video calls.
The weight of the phone is around 170 grams. It measures 147.6mm in length, 71.6mm in width and 7.8mm in thickness. In such a situation, this Amazon sale offer can be interesting for customers who want to buy Apple’s current model at a lower price.
