Today’s youth work hard to achieve career and success, but are often held back by the crowd of competition. In such a situation, Dr Vikas Divyakirthi, founder of Drashti IAS, has revealed a simple way to achieve success. He believes that to advance in any field, it is necessary to focus on one’s own skills and quality of work rather than being part of the crowd. If a person works continuously for two to three years with complete dedication and focus, he can be included among the best in his field.

No need to be afraid of crowds

Dr. According to Vikas Divyakirthi, competition in India is often seen in terms of number of candidates, while the real competition is in quality of work. Millions of candidates apply for exams like UPSC, but not all prepare seriously and not all appear in the exam.

It is important to do better than others

Therefore, instead of being disappointed by the presence of more people in an area, one should focus on improving one’s preparedness and capacity. To be successful, it is important not only to be part of the crowd, but to do better than others.

This rule also applies in the field of acting

According to Divya Keerthy, every year a large number of youngsters reach Mumbai to become actors. However, just entering this field does not lead to success. For this, it is important to learn acting, practice constantly and hone your talent. The same thing applies to other career options. In order to progress in any field, not only desire is enough, but it is also necessary to develop the necessary skills.

Work continuously for two to three years

According to Dr. Vikas Divyakirthi one should continuously work on one goal with full concentration for two to three years to achieve success. During this time, one should prioritize one’s work by distracting oneself from social media and other activities. One can improve one’s abilities with constant study, willingness to learn and hard work. This gives him a chance to outperform others in his field.

Success does not only mean a government job

Success should not be limited to becoming IAS or IPS. One can make a mark in any field like sports, business, art, acting or digital media. For this it is necessary that he is serious about his goal and works hard. Instead of comparing with others, youth should focus on recognizing their own shortcomings and overcoming them. Regular efforts in the right direction can increase the chances of achieving good success in any field.
